Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective implementation of the control plan and related operation standard
• Responsible for product audit plan and implementation process
• Support in preparing for and executing internal, external and customer audits and preventive action for quality issue or internal & external audit findings
• The quality of the production process data, and carries on the analysis, put forward the improvement action
• Lend and push the 8D team to solve the internal and customer quality problem
• Responsible for understanding customer requirements, and implementation of the internal organization, establish good communication with customers
• Participate in FF as CI T card originator or owner, and review CI board with GL weekly
• Follow company EHS requirements. Report potential risk and EHS events
• Perform responsibilities relative to QMS
• Follow financial management procedures
• Other specific jobs which assigned by supervisor
• Team Management

   To ensure that the inspectors of safe production

   The responsible for 5s management on-site inspection area

   To supervise the execution results of inspectors work

   To develop the inspector ability

• Follow company EHS requirements. Report potential risk and EHS events
• Perform responsibility relative to EHS management system

Ideal candidate experience:

• More than 3 years experiences in Quality, including more than 1 year experience in the automobile industry
• Bachelor’s degree of mechanical or material related discipline

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

• Good communication skills and team work
• Skillful of problem analyzing such as 8D,5why,fishbone，etc.
• Proficient the quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA
• Proficient IATF16949 knowledge
