Key responsibilities:
1、    HR Daily Operation& Routine 
•    Compensation and Benefits:
•    Monthly payroll operation and distribution
•    Be responsible for the people cost of AOP and monthly rolling forecast and gap analysis
•    Preparation, implementation and consultation of HR compensation relevant policies
•    Be responsible for collecting and analyzing C&B data for market survey
•    Be responsible for employee social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance and other items of payment affairs and employee welfare management, as well as the settlement and payment of related expenses
•    Be responsible for attendance record maintenance and all kinds of leave management and record keeping
•    Employee in/ exit / transfer management and related procedures
•    Staff P-file set-up and maintenance
•    Establish and maintain the company's HRIS system
•    Complete and analyze the related HR report

•    Talent  Acquisition招聘方面:
•    Be responsible for the recruiting for the company
•    Assist Senior HR Supervisor to meet human resource requirements from each department, develop reasonable and effective recruitment ways
•    Be responsible for the resume screening and candidate testing, interviewing, recognizing, offering, etc.
•    Selection and expansion of recruitment channels, complete the recruitment work on time
•    Summing up the problems existing during the recruitment work, putting forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and completing the recruitment analysis report
•    Assist superior to deal with the coordination of employee relations and related issues
•    Complete other tasks assigned by superior

2、    Compliance Management 
Ensure HR operation in compliance with the appropriate Tenneco and statutory requirements. Reduce the company's exposure to legal or financial claims from internal and external sources.
Follow company EHS requirements. Report potential risk and EHS events. 
Perform responsibility relative to EHS management system

Ideal candidate experience:
√Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
√At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources in multinational manufacturing environment, auto parts industry experience is preferred;

Specialized Skills/Knowledge/Competency : 
Familiar with national and local labor laws , regulations, and salary and welfare policies
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Chinese;
Have good ability of analysis and judgment, communication, coordination, flexibility and affinity
Positive, optimistic, proactive, strong pressure resistance, high sense of responsibility, willing to share and cooperate
