Key responsibilities:

• 负责及时准确的组织及完成SAP标准成本制定、标准成本发布及新产品标准成本的发布In Charge of elaborate SAP STD cost process , New product cost rolling calculate and release
• 负责公司成本月结及重大差异的解释，寻找成本节省的机会，为保持公司盈利能力提供数据支持In charge of cost closing and interpret the variance , seeking cost control opportunity, to provide profitability
• 监督公司存货管理，确保循环盘点及月度、年度物流盘点符合公司流程制度，协助制造部完成盘点差异指标
• In charge of inventory management and stock-taking
• 协助财务经理审核所有内外部财务分析、总账的报告的及时和准确，提供合理的数据分析协助管理层，包括年度预算、滚动预算、各种差异分析报告等supporting Finance Controller to do the internal/external finance Analysis、yearly budget、rolling Fcst、and other analysis report.
• 协助财务经理监督公司内控流程的梳理和执行，确保公司经营符合天纳克内控要求Based on the Tenneco Policy, Support Finance controller to comb the internal control process , Track and review the Implementation status.
• 协助财务经理梳理业务流程，提高工作效率Support Finance controller to comb the working process, so that improve efficiency
• 协助财务经理对资本投资项目的审核和追踪Support Finance controller to track and review capex
• 其他与本岗相关的工作Other  job assigned related

Ideal candidate experience:

•   五年相近工作经验，熟练掌握制造业成本核算及标准成本体系，熟悉财务分析、预算等工作，了解内控流程

5years of experience in a similar position, Manufacture industry experience is preferred Proficient on standard costing system is preferred, good at finance analysis and budgeting, familiar with internal control

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

• 英语流利good at written or oral English
• 操作sap经验优先Experience on SAP preferred.
• Excel熟练优先Proficient in Excel preferred
