Key responsibilities:

  • Supplier quality improvement: monitor supplier quality performance, push suppliers to make continuous improvement, and achieve annual quality performance target.

供应商质量绩效提升：监控供应商的质量绩效，推动供应商进行持续改进，完成年度质量绩效目标。

  • Supplier training: provide training to suppliers to improve their quality management ability and quality awareness.

供应商培训：对供应商进行培训，提高其质量管理能力和质量意识。

  • New project: complete new components development according to APQP, and approve PPAP according project deadline. Monitor the supplier's new components development status and production process development status, push supplier to improve the problem in the development process, and solve the potential quality risks in the development stage to ensure the stability of process and component quality in SOP.

新项目：按照项目节点对新零件实施APQP并完成PPAP的批准；监控供应商的样品开发状况和生产过程开发状况，推动供应商改善在开发过程中发现的问题，将潜在的质量风险在开发阶段进行解决，确保量产过程和实物质量的稳定性。

  • Supplier quality issue analysis and improvement: feedback quality issue to suppliers, complete effective containment action in time, and support supplier to complete the quality issue analysis and improvement, and verify the effectiveness of supplier improvement.

供应商质量问题分析和改善：向供应商反馈质量投诉，及时完成有效的围堵措施，并支持供应商完成质量投诉的分析和改善，验证供应商改善措施的有效性。

  • Supplier audit: Regular audit for suppliers to continuous improve suppliers process control and quality management system; audit suppliers at milestone of new project to confirm the components quality and process control to meet the requirements.

供应商审核：对供应商定期进行审核，推动供应商生产过程和质量管理体系的持续改进；在新项目开发的关键节点对供应商进行审核，确认样品质量和生产过程满足要求。

Ideal candidate experience:

  • At least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management of automotive industry.

5年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理相关工作经验。

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

  • Familiar with IATF16949 quality system

熟悉IATF16949质量体系

  • Master quality tools in automotive industry, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, etc

掌握汽车行业质量工具，如APQP、PPAP、FMEA、CP、MSA、SPC等

  • Strong the ability of analysis and solving for quality issue, familiar using 8D, 8D, Why、Fishbone、DOE, etc.

较强的质量问题分析和解决能力，熟练使用8D, Why、Fishbone、DOE等

  • Familiar 6 sigma, and use Minitab analysis data to solve quality issue.

熟悉6 sigama并能使用Minitab分析数据来支持问题的改善

  • Understand special process audit and customer process audit, such as CQI-9/CQI-11/VDA6.3/VDA6.5  etc.

了解特殊工艺过程审核和客户过程审核，例如CQI-9/CQI-11/VDA6.3/VDA6.5

  • Achieve working communication level in English.

英语达到正常工作交流水平

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other software.

熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等软件

 

Qualifications/ certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上学历

  • Vehicle Engineering/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related major.
