Program Manager

Program Manager is responsible for balancing quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction in managing programs. This includes identifying and resolving problems related to project implementation, collaborating with teams across various functions, and managing the program team from Quotation phase to Post-SOP Phase. Program manager also develops high-quality program plans, maintains effective communication with program teams and external customers. Additionally, Program Manager performs risk assessments and executes mitigation strategies, completes program gates review on time, meets all customer MRDs with high-quality deliverables, and ensures financial targets and budgets are met while verifying reasonable and achievable CARs and business cases.
