Maintenance Engineer

Position summary:

Take responsibility for mechanical drawing & design of all the machines in plant. Lead to fix daily downtime issue of machines. Maintain all the machines and overhaul the key equipment, tool design updated and optimized.

负责新设备机械类方案及供应商开发 ，制定技术协议及验收标准, 现场生产设备机械类维护及改善

Key responsibilities:

• Timely resolve the shutdown issue of production equipment.

及时解决产线设备问题

• Take responsibility for responsible machines’ KPI (MTTR/MTBF/OEE Etc.)
• 为相关设备指标负责（MTTR/MTBF/OEE 等）
• Analyze the top issue by 3L5Y or 8D report
• 使用3*5Why和8D分析解决问题
• Plan to overhaul the machines and redesign the tool.
• 制定大修计划以及改善生产线现有设备及工具
• Work with team to fix top issues on site
• 现场解决设备问题
• Draw the non-standard equipment and design the simple tool for new machines.
• Other duties as assigned.

其他

Ideal candidate experience:

• More than 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing enterprises.
• 三年以上相关制造业工作经验
• Experience in new machines design.

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

• Familiar with the mechanical design and process principle of machines.
• 熟悉机械制图及设备原理
• Familiar with Solid works/CAD software.熟悉CAD
• Familiar with hydraulic system &pneumatic system
• 熟悉液压系统及气动系统
• Familiar with TPM activity
• 熟悉TPM
• Familiar with the equipment management and training skill.
• 熟悉设备管理及可做培训
• Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and basic English reading and writing skills.
• 熟练使用基础办公软件

Qualifications/ certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, mechanical design related professional or work experience background.
