Work with Project leader to prepare the PPAP documents for the new project on time as per the requirement of customer.

根据项目及客户的要求及时提供PPAP 资料

· Establish the Contorl plan, work instruction for IQC/PQC/FQC accordingly.

完成控制计划及相关的作业指导书(进料、过程、最终检验)

· Coachig inspector for daily inspection, to make sure the inspection method is correct.

培训检验员保证她们能采用正确的检验方法

· Testing device management (Calibration/ MSA /Identification)

量具的管理(校验、MSA、标识管理)

· Quickly Response customer complain, Root cause analysis and action plan come out together with related depart, and submit the report to customer on time.

及时响应客户投诉,和相关责任部门分析问题采取相应的措施, 及时向客户递交改善报告,并追踪问题的状态

· Internal quality issue handling, continouse imporvment to meet customer requirement.

内部不良问题的处理,持续改善满足客户要求

· Reguralar meeting to track customer complaint and internal open issue. And to make sure all of these actions are done on site.

定期的会议来跟踪内外部问题,确保所有的行动计划能够落实

· Evaluate raw materials, components, and other inputs to the production process and liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organisation’s quality standards. Evaluate the organisation’s manufacturing processes, systems, and technology and recommend changes that will improve the quality of the organisation’s finished products.

评估原材料,过程,供应商的产品能满足公司的要求,对制造过程进行评审不断改善提高产品质量,满足要求

· Quality report preparation, Evaluate quality data and reports to identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures. QMIS system updating on time

月度质量报告的数据收集准备,分析,该机;QMIS系统的数据更新

· Coach and mentor less experienced engineers; check the quality of their work and help them resolve problems.

对于经验较少的工程师进行培训,支持他们处理相关的问题

· Product/ Process / System/ LPA internal audit handling. Track the open issue accordingly.

有计划的进行产品,过程,体系,分层审核,并跟踪相关的问题改善

· Work as the leader to hanle the customer audit / preparation. Communication. Provide the improvement action report to customer on time. Follow up customers’ website information and make updates if needed.

及时准备客户审核,作为工厂和客户沟通的窗口,同时及时向客户提供改善报告;定期跟踪客户网站信息反馈。
