Financial Analyst Shared Services

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage 13 Week cash receipts forecast for aftermarket receivables.
• Daily cash collections reporting
• Create and consolidate month end reporting graphs for NAAM AR & Latin America.
• Calculate outstanding factored AR balances along with managing factoring bank relationships.
• Calculate bad debt reserve recommendations for three BUs.
• Calculate and record reclass journal entries.
• Reconcile multiple General Ledger accounts.
• Assist with Internal & External AR audit controls.
• Manage due diligence reporting & roll forwards for AR related factoring initiatives.
• Assist with Unclaimed Property for Accounts Receivable Aftermarket and partner with consulting team.
• Create AR summary reports for Finance Department.
• Calculate and manage credit limit reviews and old item reviews.
• Ad hoc reporting.

 REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

MBA Preferred, not required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must be fluent to speak and write in Spanish and English
• At minimum: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles including GAAP.
• Excel knowledge required.
• SAP ERP, OneStream, PowerBI, SharePoint knowledge preferred.
