This is a great opportunity to join our Global Business Center in Bucharest as a Customer Master Data Specialist (temporary contract 2 years). In this role you will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and performance of customer master data across all internal systems and areas within the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customers in SAP based on information provided by the division on daily requests. Reviewing the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirement/process.
  • Works with business teams (Customer Service, Sales, AR, IT) and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Perform daily the updates in the customer master data of EMEA at request;
  • Perform mass updates as required
  • Raise tickets for creation/update the customers groups, sales districts for EMEA customers and amend the customers implicated;
  • Test and validate the tickets in instances of tests for SAP;
  • Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate
  • Ensuring full and effective inter-company communication of any process or data changes in meetings and calls
  • Manage customer data and customer data integrity across systems
  • Perform monthly reports with the changes of customer master data for more EMEA entities;
  • Resolve any problem areas of existing customer master data integrity and provide solutions going forward.
  • Support for Audit requests regarding customer master data;
  • Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Customer Master Data changes.

 

Your skills & expertise:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role: SAP Master data experience, inventory planning, manufacturing.
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and “can do “ mentality
  • Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
