Representative Customer Services

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from customers regarding orders, missing deliveries, and other customer service-related issues;
  • Process customer orders and enter them into the SAP system, or advise customers on using electronic systems (e.g., Teccom/EDI);
  • Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues with missing deliveries;
  • Maintain and update customer data in the system, including managing master data and canceling outdated orders;
  • Prepare and send backlog reports to customers;
  • Work with data in Excel, including creating and analyzing reports;
  • Participate in training and development to improve customer service skills and adapt to new systems used within the company.

 

Requirements:

  • High level of written and spoken English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Passion for customer service, with a willingness to enhance skills and improve service quality;
  • Confidence in communicating with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Willingness to participate in training and adapt skills to changing business requirements;
  • Experience in customer service or administration (required);
  • Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry (preferred);
  • Minimum secondary education (e.g., GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English, grade C or above);
  • Knowledge of the SAP system (preferred, but not required).
