Job description

Quality operators (Final Process II) are responsible for visually inspecting and packing parts before they are moved to the next stage of processing or shipped to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Load line belts
• Print and read packaging prints
• Visually inspect product
• Label trays
• Pack product
• Record Scrap
• Follow nonconforming product procedures
• Lift up to 40 lbs

Skills

• Ability to understand production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)
• Ability to read blueprints and/or packing prints
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
