Sr. Engineer (Process Quality)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead process quality activities and auditor team.

• Monitor daily Process Quality MIS and quality KPIs.

• Conduct RED Bin Analysis and scrap reduction initiatives.

• Monitor COGS%, scrap cost trends and corrective actions.

• Facilitate weekly reviews with process owners.

• Implement and monitor Poka-Yoke systems.

• Lead root cause analysis using 8D and 7QC tools.

• Execute Product, Process, Layered and Layout Audits.

• Support SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan activities.

• Drive continuous improvement and compliance to IATF 16949.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering. 
  Experience: 3-8 years in Process Quality/Manufacturing Quality. 
  Knowledge: 8D, 7QC Tools, SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA, IATF16949, Poka-Yoke and audit systems. 
  Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, communication, problem solving and team management. 
  Computer Skills: MS Office and ERP/SAP exposure preferred. Ability to operate effectively with executive leadership and Board members

• Adept at identifying priorities, taking initiative and ownership.
