•    International Logistics Coordination (door to door)
•    PO Placement in SAP for Direct material
•    Marinating Live shipment tracker for Materials in Transit,Customs BOE
•    Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to manage the logistics of imported materials.
•    Duty Approval & Clearing of shipment
•    Navigating Global Freight Forwarder's Portals -(eg. DHL Express, FedEx site to generate AWB)
•    Premium Freight Cost Compression, Generation for Import E-way bills, Coordinating with 3rd Party Clearance Agents, and Freight Forwarders
•    Raw Material Planning - Ensuring Material is in Plant at right time, Inventory calculation
•    International Logistics Reports – Monthly, MCS - Material Cost Savings, Maintaining Updated Supplier Prices in SAP, Export shipment Coordination
•    Export Docs. Processing - Closure of Docs. with Bank, BOE Post Amendment Documentations and Tracking, Landed Cost Calculation (Share the data to finance & purchase for standard cost)
•    Responsible for forecast of direct & indirect material, Follow up for timely delivery in plant of consumables critical items & other MRO items,
•    Float price enquiry to supplier for direct material, Road Transport & air freight enquiry, Freight bill & custom clearing bill, Vendor master change log review verification
•    PO conditioning for import material, Overseas supply planning & scheduling of Direct Material & Traded parts as per customer requirement
•    Maintain records of all documentation related to import, export , purchase & others related documents, Provide data(Raw material in warding & cost) for PPV calculation.
•    Responsible for insurance claim process (in case of transit loss & damaged),Responsible for creation of new vendor & extension of existing vendor in Zycus, Scoring of delivery performance in zycus, Responsible for payment term change request and bank details update in zycus, ATN(Air transportation note) Creation for air shipments
•    RGP data for MRM, Responsible for preparing SOP for main store, raw material store as per as per standards
•    Store management activities-visual improvements, Layouting, Stock review.
•    Cost saving project of Direct & indirect material Follow up for supplier payment with finance, Responsible for return back rejected material to supplier (Import Supplier), & Wave Saving Projects navigates with portal for Project Savings
