Senior Engineer- Maintenance

J.D of Maintenance Department: -

  ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION :-

• Responsible for Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, delta, Omron, Siemens PLC & hmi trouble shooting & programming knowledge.
• Responsible for machine safety upgradation & EHS activity.
• Responsible for planning & completion capex related activity.
• Responsible for servo of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley.
• Responsible for weld controller of Amada machine.
• Responsible for panel wiring of machine.
• Responsible & should have experience & trouble shooting of HT, LT & transformer, Dg operation & trouble shooting.
• Responsible for plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions
• To improve’s poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
• Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment’s
• Knowledge of SAP, Maintenance KPI’s

4. Technical skill :-

• Mitsubishi PLC trouble shooting & programming (GX works & developers & Melsoft Gt works3)
• Allen Bradley Plc trouble shooting & programming (RS logic 500 & 5000 and factory talk view)
• HMI trouble shooting & programming
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Hazard identification & mitigations
