  • Reporting to the top management on the performance of the EHS Management system and any need for improvement.
  • Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the EHS Management system
  • Establishing, documenting implementing and maintaining EOHSMS in the company. Responsible for updating EHSMS manual.
  • To supervise the working of Effluent treatment plant (ETP) & Sewage treatment plant (STP) outsourced to external agency.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing the mock drills in the company and changing the Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP), if required.
  • Monthly Maintenance & Inspection of Fire Equipments.
  • Checking & ensuring all Work permit system implementation, Contractor activities for the service department.
  • Monitoring of water parameters as for PCB norms like COD, BOD, TDS, TH & Oil and grease.
  • Ensuring that the process needed for a EHS Management System is established implemented and maintain in accordance with the current revision of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • To give the awareness about safety at plant level.
  • Monitor yearly budget and take approval for CAPEX with justification for ensuring safety & health of employees and environment protection.
  • Drive investigations in case of incident, ensure that all documentation is done and followed by the appropriated preventive actins to reach the vision of zero incidents.
  •  Implementation of COVID-19 global guidelines in plant.
