Job Type: Full Time

Role & Responsibility :

1. Coordination with the Customer / Sales Team to get the Customer Schedule and forecast for the planning period (1 month Firm and 4 months Forecast planning).
2. Coordination with the production team to ensure availability of material for the customer dispatches as per schedule.
3. Ensuring proper billing and documentation for all dispatches to the customer as per their schedule.
4. Managing customer end inventory and customer line feeding.
5. Will be responsible for ensuring proper planning for material availability based on the customer schedules for the BOM as well as consumable material.
6. Coordination with the Local as well as the import vendors (Both inter and Intra Company) vendors for release of the schedule / PO’s and ensuring timely delivery.
7. Will be responsible for achieving and maintaining a correct level of inventory in the plant.
8. Ensuring proper management of the Gate entry and receipts entry procedure.
9. Designing and implementing systems (Kanban, consumption based planning etc.) for ensuring inventory control and material availability.
10. Ensuring proper material controls including FIFO.
11. Building and maintaining a proper reporting system for all related KPI’s as well as management reporting requirement.
