To ensure that desired production levels are achieved every month

To ensure that requisite quality standards as well as 5S and 3C standards are adhered to.

To ascertain and ensure that efficiency of machinery and employees working under you is constantly monitored and adequate remedial measures as desired by your Superiors are taken to improve upon the same

To ensure that monthly machine loading schedule is prepared as per planning and the same is adhered to on a day-to-day basis

To take corrective measures to reduce scrap and rejection levels

Resolve any problems arising from any of the issues related to employees, machinery break-down or production process
