Lead and manage continuous improvement projects at Bhiwadi Plant.
Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Implement new operational efficiency initiatives, Idea Generation and Manage the same thru Wave.
Drive the development and implementation of Lean methodology.
Collaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes, and promote adoption of improvement measures.
Monitor and report on the status of improvement projects, Wave Projects Monitoring on Daily / Weekly and Monthly basis.
Provide training and guidance to team members about process improvement and Lean methodologies.
Measure and analyze improvement project outcomes in Wave.
Coordinate for P3 Implementation, in the Plant.
