    Transfer customer requirements to internal, coordinate internal resources to complete shock absorber design and feasibility analysis.
    Communicate and understand customer SOR and technical requirements.
    Coordinate resources to finish design, such as 3D, 2D, FEA. Review designs with internal team (CE, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers).
    Cooperation with R&D and manufacturing teams to align damper designs with customer requirements.
    Arrange technical review meetings with customers.
    Lead technical evaluations of damper designs for new project.
    Cooperate with other members to ensure the project move forward smoothly by following TENPLUS procedure and release TENPLUS deliverables.
    Prepare samples, ride kits, TAP according to customer requirement.
    Analysis FTE, ED&T, 4 Panel/6 Panel according to quoting approval process.
    New product introduction to the market
    VOC collection and analysis
    Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities.
    Benchmark the mainstream technology of competitor
More details as follow:
    Design the damper according to customer input.
    Create and release BOM (Bill of material)
    Conversion of customer's technical input (standards/drawings etc.) to internal drawing requirements and DVP, PVP.
    Release 2D drawings in system
    Create the TR files according to Customer template
    Lead prototypes build and ride work event
    Create & update DVP, including release test request to test lab, track the tests progress
    Gather client information and organize internal resources when failure occurs to plan a solution, track progress and maintain communication with the client until the failure is fully resolved.
    Responding to routine customer technical related queries, communicating, and following up on design changes caused by customers.
    Solve the engineering issues during development
    Benchmarking, analysis the competitor’s technology and cost
    Transfer VOC to internal design
