• Responsible for the technical solutions, design optimization and specification release of magnetic valve products, including magnetic circuit schemes, wind-ing schemes, material selection, etc., electromagnetic design, technical speci-fication books and solution reports, and multi-objective optimization of elec-tromagnetic schemes.
• Responsible for the full process development work from concept design, Pro-type production, and scheme finalization of the armature, as well as various levels of experimental verification, promoting the update and improvement of magnetic valve product design specifications, analysing and solving electro-magnetic-related problems that arise during product development, testing and application. Finish material/component PPAP approval according project tim-ing
• Participate in the establishment of cross-regional schemes for the structure and performance matching of magnetic valves, support the high-quality and smooth production of projects.
• Complete the integration and convergence of magnetic valve product knowledge and promote the series management of solenoid valve products to boost business growth, track and study the latest electromagnetic design technologies and new materials, and promote their application, participate in the construction and improvement of the electromagnetic design platform, process, norms and knowledge base, and enhance the design efficiency and quality of the team.
• Sort out the data of competing magnetic valves, complete the smooth produc-tion of leading innovation projects, deeply benchmark the technical routes, process designs, component cost control and product performance parameter management of competing magnetic valves in the market.
• Support supplier development, supply the technical support to supplier
Qualifications:
1. Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Machinery and Appliances, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Vehicle Engineering etc.
2. Work Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in electromagnetic design, with experience in mass production projects preferred; capable of independently completing electro-magnetic scheme design, simulation optimization, and performance analysis.
3. Professional Skills:
Proficient in electromagnetic field theory, familiar with the working principle, de-sign methods; proficient in mainstream electromagnetic simulation software and able to perform parameterized modelling, meshing, solution settings, and post-processing analysis.
Master the basic concepts of multi-physics coupling analysis, understand the mu-tual influence between electromagnetic, thermal, electromagnetic-structural vibra-tion, and electromagnetic-control; familiar with the material properties commonly used in motors and transformers.
Possess basic programming skills (such as Python/Matlab), for data processing, automated simulation, and optimization algorithms, preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, good communication skills, logical analysis ability, innovative thinking, and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
