MIS-Testing Engineer

Key responsibilities:
- Receiving the test requests assigned by the team leader.
- Making the testing plan and adjusts the plan according to the OE projects priorities.
- Executing the tests, including samples checking, set-up, tracking, complete, analyzing, reporting and uploads to the database.
- Helping to analyze the failed the tests with the requestor and provide the suggestions from the testing perspective.
- Designing and ordering the test tooling & fixtures
- Coordinate with the 3rd party testing lab when tests are decided to be outsourced.
- Responsible for the testing area 5S and continuously improvement on daily base.
- Partially responsible for the certificate of ISO 17025 and OE customers.
- Responsible for the other tasks assigned by the team leader
Qualifications:
Education/ Certification ：
- Bachelor or higher education degree required with focus on mechanical discipline
- Bachelor or above, Automotive, Mechanical, Electric Automatization Engineering or equivalent
Work Experience ：
- No requirement on working experience
- Candidate is expected to have good technical understanding and analytical abilities.
Specialized Skills/Knowledge ：
- Strong analytical abilities
- Very good observation abilities required during samples analysis after testing
Work Requirement ：
- Well organized
- Positive attitude to perform related activities on time
- Positive attitude for setting up high 5S standards required
- Good communication skills
- Keep naturally good interpersonal relations
- Natural positive behavioral attitude
- Language skills: English speaking and written, Mandarin
