ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you are mainly responsible for damper tunning, assistance customer and driving the car to evaluate the chassis ride & handling, optimize the damper settings. Daily technical support such as initial damping force simulation and tuning, master damper assembly, NVH analysis, failure analysis and manufacture line sample damping force tracking, AM program valve tuning support ect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer tuning support during the ride work，finish the job on time and satisfy by customers.
- Ride Van yearly maintenance and validate , Facilities daily and tooling maintenance in ride van . Make sure all the facilities running properly.
- New valve system and technologies support, including new valve introduce ,application, and the customer feedback tracking
- Organizing and supporting the tuning kits preparations, technically support other team during the tuning kits preparations and the damper building.
- AM dampers tuning support
- NVH and failure analysis support
- Manufacture line sample problem tracking and support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Longterm business trip 3 to 4 weeks continuously
- Can finished Demo car tuning work
- Solve some damper failure problem
- Tuning capability (profession with all valve system)
- Experience in automobile subjective evaluation
- Independently finished project tuning experience
- PG Drive license (GuangDe，Yancheng，Zhaoyuan)
