Key Responsibilities -
- Strategic HR Partnership: Align HR initiatives with business goals in collaboration with the Director of HR.
- HR MIS & Analytics:
- Maintain and analyze HR dashboards and reports.
- Use data to inform decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments.
- Design and implement learning programs, leadership development, and onboarding.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Talent Management:
- Support succession planning and career pathing.
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Resolve complex employee issues and promote a positive work culture.
- Drive engagement surveys and action planning.
- Compliance & Risk:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Support audits and policy updates.
- Change Management:
- Lead HR efforts during organizational changes (restructuring, tech adoption, etc.).
- HR Operations Support:
- Collaborate with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment) for seamless execution.
- Experience - 9 to 12 yrs
- Strong communication and MS office skills.
- Open to travel to all plant location when needed.
