  • Strategic Sourcing:

    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect materials (MRO, consumables, tools, safety equipment, office supplies, etc.).

    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

  • Supplier Management:

    • Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.

  • Purchase Order Management:

    • Ensure timely creation and approval of purchase orders in SAP.

    • Track order status and expedite deliveries to avoid production delays.

  • Budget & Cost Control:

    • Manage procurement budgets and ensure adherence to cost targets.

    • Conduct regular spend analysis and implement cost reduction initiatives.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

    • Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with maintenance, production, and finance teams to forecast requirements and align procurement plans.

    • Support plant projects by sourcing required indirect materials and services.

Education & Work Background

  • Bachelor’s degree – Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 5-years of experience in indirect procurement in automotive manufacturing industry
