Position: Senior Engineer - Production

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieving the monthly production / Delivery plan,
2. Trouble shooting of the problems & rectifying
3. Experience with laboratory techniques and chemical analysis.
4. Ideating, executing, and optimizing processes for chemical manufacturing.
5. Experience with chemical equipment maintenance and chemical plant operations.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, including production, quality control.
7. Analysing the customer complaints
8. Achieving the process rejection’s target & maintainability of IATF Systems
9. Active participation on process improvement’s
10. Shop floor activities & 5S management.
11. Implementation of lean tools
12. SMED
