Roles & Responsibilities:
- Head Count Addition and Deletion in SAP / SF
- End to end processing of payroll in SAP
- Providing relevant data to internal Auditors, External Auditors, Customer Auditors.
- Statutory Audits and closing of Audit points.
- Periodical Validation of Actuarial Valuation (Leaves, Gratuity, Wages)
- Generate payroll reports
- Reconciliation of payroll reports.
- Ensuring compliances under various acts.
- Contract Labour Management
- Effectively delivered the payroll results within the frame time for 2000 employees (Piston, Ring, FMTPR)
- Periodically review of employee’s master data and Increments, Promotions, DA
- Revisions and MID year Corrections as per the approvals.
- Years Leave Calculation and as per grade and Policy
- Ensuring all variable allowances are incorporated in payroll as per NEW LTS and Policy - Shift Allowances, Production Incentive, Service Award, Hazard Allowance, periodical payments etc.
- Ensuring and Maintaining data Overtime Exemption (Form 9), Muster Roll (Form-22).
- Handling day to day grievances
- Handling union employees
Technical Skills: SAP, MS Office
Qualification: MSW / MBA
Experience: 12~15 years
