DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems involving Dynamic condition of engine components utilizing Pisdyn/ AVL Excite
- Solid understanding of Noise Vibrations, Harshness fundamentals of engine powertrain components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills, strong verbal & written skills.
MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION
- Performing advanced simulations in Engineering Mechanics (CAE) and the durability assessment of Engine powertrain components.
- Conduct detailed piston dynamics simulations using tools such as Pisdyn or AVL Excite to analyse and optimize engine performance.
- Evaluate piston behaviour under various operating conditions, considering factors such as thermal effects, vibrations, and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to integrate optimized piston designs into the overall engine system.
- Performing calculations, identifying potential convergence problems and their solution
- Analysis of results and their interpretation enabling decision-making by engineering team
- Preparation of a calculation report with an appropriate summary of conclusions and proposals for potential changes. Propose and implement improvements in simulation methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.0020

Qualification
