1. Lead and execute technical projects in Exhaust.as per APQP timeline.
2. Strong knowledge on developmental related activities on sheet metal component / APQP  

3. Alternators provide technical guidance to the team members / engineers in challenging  situations

4. In process, customer, warranty issues analysis and actions also rework, scrap, FTT analysis and actions

Design feasibility, GD&T feasibility CFT meetings. Review & sign of DMSO, TRSO, CIR, SOR etc.

7. Prepare PFMEA as per PFD & link with DFMEA, SC/CC List, PTDB, Poka yoke, lessen learned etc.

8. Prepare all PPAP documents, Tracking APQP & product safe launch.

9. Leader for Customer & Internal PTR, Action closer & monitoring. Handling M-Setu, 3D exp, BMG & BEON.
10. Evaluate DFMEA of parts and Assemblies and Conduct Technical Design Reviews
11. Responsible for controlling all Prototype/Production, Control Plan and Inspection reports
12. Develop new products as per customer specs 
13. Responsible for managing development team and allocate resources to projects
14. Manage development team for multiple purpose, from new concept to till failure analysis
15. Execute and approve gauge DAP/Gauge concept with supplier.

16. Handle customer PPAP, Internal PPAP & action closer.

17. Monitor in-house rejection, Pareto analysis and action on top issues & team support.

18. Handle customer complaint & tracking register with supportive documents.

19. Handle different customer process audit, PPAP audit & supplier assessments audit, IATF audit etc
