We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Clean Air Aguascalientes (Parque FINSA) team!

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Electronic, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering and/or related.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position in the automotive industry.
  • Skills:
  • Hydraulics, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Control, Welding, Electromechanics, and Electricity (required).
  • Medium-High level PLC & HMI programming (required).
  • Poka-Yokes (required).
  • PLC programming: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi (required).
  • Sensors and Vision Systems: Keyence / Cognex.
  • Micropercussion marking systems: SIC / Telesis / MECO.
  • Robots: Fanuc / Yaskawa.
  • Electric Screwdrivers (Torque).
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, pneumatic, control, and electrical diagrams (American and European standards).
  • Lockout - Tag Out - Try Out (LOTOTO) systems.
  • RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000 tools.
  • Requirements for working on energized electrical equipment and at heights.
  • Knowledge in 5S.
  • Knowledge of TPM, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as calculation of maintenance indicators MTTR/MTBF.
  • Basic / Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.
  • Preferred: Handling of machine tools such as lathe, milling machine, shaper, saw, and manual tools (electric, pneumatic, and manual).
  • Preferred: Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & MSA), ISO9001, and IATF 16949.
